We believe in taking the fastest, freshest route. Our products are free from additives, have no artificial colours and no artificial flavours. Sealing fresh on farm means less time is spent on travelling and more nutrients are retained. Pure Food Alliance is the only company that processes fruit fresh at site, within walking distance to each orchard, with our mobile processing units.

Processing on farm means that we have full control over the selection of our fruit, its ripening time, as well as each step-in processing and packaging. This allows us to deliver fruit faster, fresher and with superior taste.

To ensure we process fresh fruit with the highest standards of safety and least bacteria, our fruit must first pass a stringent hygiene check. After this the system then immediately chills the product through a specially designed heat exchanger, then transfers it through cooled stainless-steel pipes, into custom designed, airtight pallecons, ready for blast freezing. This eliminates the possibility of human contamination. Our mobile processing units are HACCP certified, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Supervised by trained technicians and operators. Each manufacturing step is controlled via an integrated process. Our automated, quality-controlled manufacturing ensures a highly secure environment and best quality.

In partnership we are developing a real time monitor for moisture, pH, and brix. In the future we plan to identify, select and harvest fruit within pre-programmed specifications. Harvesting what is ready and leaving what may require a little more sun ripening.
